The Professional Footballers' Association awarded Phil Foden of Manchester City Men's Player of the Year, while Cole Palmer of Chelsea was chosen Young Player of the Year.
English players have won both men's awards for the first time since the 2009–10 season.
James Milner was named the season's young player of the year, while Wayne Rooney was named player of the year.
"To win this award is something very special and it is one that I am very proud of and grateful for," he remarked.
Thank you to everyone who voted for me; it means the world to be acknowledged in this manner by your fellow professionals.
"Last season was another very special one for everyone at the club, but now all our focus is concentrated on trying to achieve more success this term."
Foden became the youngest player in league history to win six championships in 2023–24 when City won an unprecedented fourth consecutive Premier League. Thanks to his 19 goals in 35 top-flight matches, he was 23 years old.
Although he has been named best young player twice, this is the first time the Stockport playmaker has been named PFA player of the year.
In addition to being voted the Football Writers' Association (FWA) footballer of the year, he was selected as the 2023-24 Premier League player of the season.
Foden triumphed against two City teammates—Erling Haaland and Rodri—as well as Palmer of Chelsea, Martin Odegaard of Arsenal, and Ollie Watkins of Aston Villa, all of whom were nominated.
After a successful season, Palmer was acknowledged.
Palmer didn't go away empty-handed, even if he did lose out on one honour.
The 22-year-old had a breakout season for Chelsea, making 34 appearances and scoring 22 goals in the Premier League.
Palmer was named to England's Euro 2024 roster due to his impressive play. He scored in the tournament final, a 2-1 loss to Spain.
The Young Player award went to the Blues striker instead of Bukayo Saka of Arsenal, Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho of Manchester United, Michael Olise of former Crystal Palace, and Joao Pedro of Brighton.
In the women's divisions, Khadija Shaw of Manchester City was named player of the year, while Grace Clinton of Manchester United was named young player of the year.
Player of the Year awards go to Man City and Arsenal
Manchester City and Arsenal players dominated the player-voted Premier League team of the year.
The defending champions' lineup has Phil Foden, Rodri, Erling Haaland, and Kyle Walker, while the Gunners' lineup features David Raya, William Saliba, Gabriel, Declan Rice, and Martin Odegaard.
In addition, Ollie Watkins of Aston Villa and Virgil van Dijk of Liverpool are on the list.
