The defensive pair of Jamaal Lascelles and Sven Botman will not be available for Newcastle as they both continue to cope with long-term knee issues.  Lewis Hall, a former Chelsea sensation, will also be out for the rest of the season, as announced by the Magpies.

Leading the assault will be offensive talisman Alexander Isak, who has been on a tear this season, scoring 21 goals in the Premier League.  It is possible that Anthony Gordon, an England international, may start for the first time since early March.

Leif Davis will not be able to play on Saturday due to suspension after receiving a straight red card last weekend against Arsenal.  Similarly, Wes Burns, Sammie Szmodics, and Jaden Philogene, formerly of Aston Villa, will be unable to go to St. James' Park with Ipswich due to their various physical problems.

Heavyweights are showing much interest in Liam Delap before the summer transfer window so that he may get a full recall.  With just two Premier League matches under his belt since joining from Atalanta in January, Ben Godfrey, a former Everton defender, may get a rare opportunity to play.
