To win the Premier League, Manchester City only has to beat West Ham United on the last day of play. They would have won four league championships in a row, a feat never accomplished in the division.

While Arsenal came close, Pep Guardiola's team will probably beat them for the second year running. Tottenham Hotspur, the Gunners' north London rivals, were unable to do them a favour this week as they fell 2-0 to City.
